John Ciccone

John Ciccone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Instructor at TigerGraph since February 2022, John previously held the role of Senior Technical Enablement Instructor at Blue Light LLC from April 2019 to January 2022, where expertise in the i2 software suite was developed. John’s background includes significant positions at IBM, including Technical Enablement Consultant Team Lead and Client Success Manager from January 2012 to March 2019, as well as managerial roles at i2, Inc. and i2 Group focused on client education and training. An alumnus of Rutgers University, John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government between 1982 and 1986.
