Chuah Shanghan

Chuah Shanghan has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Web Developer at Multimedia University, an Android Application Developer at Unixus Solutions Sdn Bhd, and a Technical Project Manager, Mobile Application Development Technical Lead, and Web and Android Application Developer at tigerlab. At tigerlab, they were responsible for building cloud-based end-to-end Insurtech solutions and successfully rolling out more than 10 insurance products for customers in the United Kingdom, Netherland, and Switzerland. Chuah worked closely with insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers on the delivery of B2C, B2B, and B2B2C digital transformation projects. Chuah was also responsible for planning and designating project resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. Additionally, they provided coaching on the implementation of web, mobile, and cloud solutions (AWS) for software development teams, drove the adoption of Agile software development, and implemented initiatives to ensure the quality and security of the solution.

Chuah Shanghan obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) Data Communications and Networking from Multimedia University in 2012, after completing a Foundation in Information Technology in 2009. In 2013, they obtained a SAP Mobilser R5 Bootcamp from SAP Partner University Asia Pacific Japan. In 2021, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
