Learning and Organizational Design Jessica Corbett

Jessica Corbett, M.S. Learning and Organizational Design, has a diverse work experience with a focus on strategy and account management. Jessica is currently working as a Group Manager at Concentrix Catalyst. Previously, they held the position of Associate Manager - Strategy at Concentrix Tigerspike, which was later acquired by Concentrix Catalyst. Before that, they worked as an Associate Manager - Strategy at PK, where they focused on designing pioneering experiences for customers. Prior to their role at PK, Jessica gained experience as a Grad Intern in Global Organizational Effectiveness at McDonald's. Jessica also served as an Associate Marketing Manager at Northwestern University during their Master's program in Learning & Organizational Change. Jessica's previous roles include Senior Account Manager at Forrester, where they developed strong account management skills, and Global Key Account Manager at Euromonitor International, where they handled prominent domestic-based multinationals and created global strategies. Jessica began their career as a Senior Account Manager-Agency Relations at Cision. Jessica has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, where they were a student and gained hands-on experience as a TV & Radio Intern at Horizon Media.

Jessica Corbett holds an M.S. in Learning and Organizational Design from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. in English at the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009. Jessica's secondary education took place at New Trier High School, where they completed their high school education from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica obtained a certification in Social Science and Behavioral Science Research from the CITI Program in April 2022. Jessica also holds a certification as a Forrester CX Champ from Forrester, which they obtained in December 2019.
