Lisa-Marie Zimmermann

Lisa-Marie Zimmermann has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa-Marie is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at TIGNUM since April 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai and Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, where they held the positions of Cluster Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Before that, they worked at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz from 2013 to 2017, starting as the Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager and then progressing to People Services & Training Coordinator and Management Trainee People Services & Training roles. Lisa-Marie also had a brief trainee role at Sport & SPA Resort A-ROSA Scharmuetzelsee in 2012 and Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin in 2010.

Lisa-Marie Zimmermann obtained their German university entrance qualifications from Schoenbuch-Gymnasium Holzgerlingen in 2009, completing their secondary education. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Victoria University and earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
