Chelsey Chen (Huiling)

Chelsey (Huiling) Chen is a Master of Engineering student specializing in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, where studies have been ongoing since August 2019. Prior to this, Chelsey completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of California, Davis, from 2014 to 2017.
