Eugen Horovitz

Eugen Horovitz is a skilled backend and data engineer with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Sr. Backend & Data Engineer at Tikal since August 2024, Eugen previously held the role of Backend and Data Platform Lead at Safebooks AI, where the architecture of a scalable ERP backend system and implementation of a robust data infrastructure were key achievements. At Tagado, contributions included developing backend systems and data pipelines and designing a scalable data warehouse solution. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Octopol, WhiteSource, Nightingale Cyber, and Top Image Systems, focusing on microservices architecture, algorithm development, and server-side development. Eugen holds a B Tech degree in Software Engineering and Industrial Management from AFEKA - Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
