Geoffroy Renard

Geoffroy Renard is the Group's General Counsel. He joined Salvepar as Secretary General in 2013 after the acquisition of Salvepar by Tikehau Capital. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in Paris and in New York where he specialised in private and public M&A, equity & debt capital markets and financing. Between 2002 and 2003, he also worked in the Financial Department of Crédit Lyonnais.
