Juliette Desmay

Juliette Desmay has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable RH as well as HRBP and DRH adjointe Europe at Tikehau Capital since May 2016. Prior to this role, Juliette worked at ALFI: Consultancy Services Asset Management & Financial Markets as Chargée Ressources Humaines from March 2013 to May 2016, and held the position of Ingénieur d'Affaires Grands Comptes at Delane SI from August 2012 to February 2013. Earlier in her career, Juliette was involved in human resources and internal communication at Danone from October 2010 to February 2012. Juliette holds a Master II in Ressources humaines from Institut de Gestion Sociale (2009-2011) and a Licence in Histoire from Université Paris-Sorbonne (2006-2009).
