Jayni Santos

Jayni Santos is a highly experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at Agência Guru since July 2024 and as a Customer Success Pleno at Tiki since May 2021. Jayni's previous roles include positions at NVS, where responsibilities included budgeting and media planning, and at Shopping Itaguaçu, handling marketing tasks and event development. Earlier experience also includes roles in production and finance at MDO - Comunicação & Inovação and event coordination at UNISUL. Jayni holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Propaganda from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration at Faculdade Municipal de Palhoça, along with a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing Management from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
