Avida Landau

Avida Landau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Avida is currently the Marketing and Communications Director at TOM Tikkun Olam Makers, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing, Content, and Communications Consultant at SYBARIP from November 2019 to April 2021. Avida also served as a Communications & Advocacy Manager at the American Jewish Congress from April 2019 to November 2019, where they managed digital marketing channels, developed strategic narratives, and supported advocacy campaigns. Avida Landau has also worked in public affairs and communications as a specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Embassy in Israel from July 2009 to December 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a News Correspondent at Thomson Reuters and an Account Manager at Idan Corporate Image Communications. In the early stages of their career, they held positions such as Aviation Security Compliance and Risk Assessment Supervisor at Aviation Innovations International, Security Operations Manager at Huntleigh USA, and Aviation Security Agent at Tower Air.

Avida Landau obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they pursued higher education at Reichman University, where they completed a Master's Degree in Government - Political Marketing from 2011 to 2012.
