Carla Maria Montorfani

Carla Maria Montorfani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carla Maria is currently working at tiko Energy Solutions AG as the Head of People Operations, where they oversee the HR operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Operations Specialist at the same company. Carla also served as the Head of People Operations at tiko Italia. Before joining tiko, Carla worked at VF Corporation as an HR Administrator for four years. Carla Maria gained experience in the hospitality industry as an HR Intern at The Langham Melbourne. Carla's career started at BOGGI MILANO, where they worked as an HR Assistant, handling various HR processes and supporting recruitment and hiring for multiple countries. Carla Maria began their professional journey as an Administration Support Officer at SVIT Swiss Real Estate School AG.

Carla Maria Montorfani has a diverse educational background. Carla Maria obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Milano from 2007 to 2010. Carla Maria then pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Philosophy from 2011 to 2013.

In 2015, Carla attended Lugano Business School where they studied as an HR Assistant from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, Carla obtained the Federal Diploma of Professional Education in Corporate Human Resource Management from H|R|S|E Human Resources Swiss Exams in November 2020, further strengthening their qualifications in the field.
