Adolfo Fernández currently serves as the Director and Global Head of Product Strategy & Operations for eCommerce at TikTok, where leadership is focused on product strategy, marketing, and go-to-market efforts for eCommerce advertising. Prior to this, Adolfo held several key positions at Google from 2015 to 2023, culminating in the role of Head of Global Retail Advertising & Commerce, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and commercializing a multi-billion dollar product portfolio. Adolfo also provided guest lectures at MIT Sloan Executive Education and IE Business School, advising startups on market strategies, and previously worked at Xerox and Cilenis Language Technology in business development and marketing roles. Adolfo holds a Master's in International Management from IE Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
