Alexander Jansen

Alexander Jansen serves as the Communications Manager for TikTok in the Netherlands since August 2023, overseeing commercial, policy, and issues communications while also acting as a D&I spokesperson and leading the EU Pride Employee Resource Group. Previously, Alexander held the position of Corporate Affairs Manager at BlackRock, where responsibilities included enhancing the company's reputation through media and stakeholder engagement and participating in the Dutch DEI committee and EMEA OUT network. Earlier experience includes roles as a Consultant for Corporate Affairs at Omnicom PR Group NL, focusing on technology and sustainability, a position at NATO Allied Command Transformation covering Data Science and AI policy, and various roles in campaign management and project management since 2014. Alexander holds multiple degrees, including a joint Master's in Strategic Communication and Public Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the University of Stirling, along with a Bachelor's in International Media and Entertainment Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
