Anggini Setiawan-Harvey currently serves as the Head of Communications for Southeast Asia at TikTok, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Anggini was the Head of Communications at ByteDance from March 2022 to November 2025, and Head of Corporate Communications at Ruangguru from July 2020 to March 2022. With extensive experience in communications and management, Anggini held the role of Managing Director at Beyond Communication from March 2013 to July 2020 and contributed to CDS+ as The Connoisseur, specializing in creative services, MICE, strategic PR, and personal interpretation. Early in the career, Anggini worked as an interpreter, a consultant at Stratcom, and a junior market researcher at Contin.U Consulting, LLC. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economic Management from Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya Jakarta and a Diploma in IT from Holmes College.
