Colette Yorrick is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in brand partnerships and sales management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Brand Partnerships at TikTok since June 2021, Colette manages a team of seven, focusing on achieving sales targets and implementing effective coaching strategies. Additionally, Colette operates as a Sales Consultant for Lava Brand Partnership Solutions, LLC, specializing in sales and partnership management for the entertainment and media sectors. Previously, Colette held the position of Director of Partnerships at Essence Communications Inc. from March 2005 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing content, experiential, social, and print partnerships.
