Ella Neale

Ella Neale is a seasoned professional in entertainment partnerships, currently serving as Global Entertainment Partnership Lead at TikTok since March 2021. In this role, Ella has successfully negotiated five global partnerships for major movie and TV releases in 2023, including collaborations with prominent studios such as Sony Pictures, Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Paramount. Previous positions at TikTok include Global Entertainment Partnerships Manager and Manager Strategic Partnerships UK, focusing on entertainment and music media in the UK. Prior to TikTok, Ella held various roles at Nike from August 2017 to September 2020, excelling in digital marketing and consumer experience, and earning multiple performance accolades.
