Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah is a seasoned software quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in implementing QA processes and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Engineer at TikTok since April 2023, Hardik previously worked at Upstart as a Software QA Engineer III, where responsibilities included leading QA implementations and developing Ruby scripts for reporting. Prior roles at WW / WeightWatchers involved leading automation and manual testing for digital wellness projects, while earlier experience at Esri included creating a GUI automation framework and managing Jenkins builds. Hardik began a career in QA at C-SAM, focusing on mobile wallet applications, and also gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Binghamton University. Hardik holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
