Janet Hu

Janet Hu, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Global HR Lead for Monetization Product and Technology at TikTok since July 2023, Janet oversees HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition across various global markets outside of Mainland China. Prior to TikTok, Janet spent a decade at Amazon, holding several leadership roles including Principal Compensation Consultant for the Consumer Americas region and various global HR leadership positions within Device Software & Services and Payments Engineering. Additional experience includes a consultancy role at Gallup and a public relations management position at MTR Corporation Ltd. Janet holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and dual bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and E-Commerce from Peking University.
