Jing Liu

Jing Liu is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and research, currently serving as Tech Lead and Research Scientist at TikTok since September 2019, focusing on personalized generative models for image and video generation. Prior experience includes contributions as a Founding Engineer at Bellus3D, specializing in high fidelity 3D face scanning for mobile devices, and a PhD candidacy at UC Santa Cruz, where research centered on computational displays and cameras. Additional roles encompass software and research internships at prominent organizations such as LEIA Inc., Disney Research, NVIDIA, and Google, alongside a visiting PhD student position at Stanford University.
