Mingzhu L.

Mingzhu L. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at TikTok since December 2022, leading the Effect Platform to enable global designers to utilize advanced technologies such as AIGC, VR, and CG/CV. Prior to this, Mingzhu worked at Robinhood as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from March 2020 to December 2022. At Airbnb, from July 2017 to March 2020, Mingzhu contributed as a Senior Software Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles at Kunlun AI Inc as a Software Engineer focusing on AWS infrastructure, and at Google, where Mingzhu worked on UI integration for the Payment team. Mingzhu's career began at Sogou, serving as a Senior Engineer for several years, leading a distributed systems team and developing web services. Mingzhu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University, completed in 2005.
