Noel Claudio

Noel Claudio, PMP, CSM, is an experienced Program Manager currently serving as the Co-Lead for TikTok SOMOS, a Latin Employee Resource Group, while overseeing regional programs for Trust & Safety in the Americas at TikTok since December 2022. Prior to this role, Noel held various positions at Twitter, including Strategy & Operations Manager and the Global Events Chair for Twitter Alas LatinX BRG, contributing significantly to project management and operations within the organization. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Slalom, where Noel acted as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, and at Deloitte Consulting, where Noel progressed from a Business Technology Analyst to a Senior Consultant, leading key initiatives in Agile project management and technology operations for various clients, including a large financial services firm and healthcare insurer. Noel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University in 2014.
