Ratul Esrar

Ratul Esrar is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in the technology and public policy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Live Product Data Analyst at TikTok since May 2024, Ratul previously held the position of Senior Data Analyst at CareRev from September 2021 to May 2024. Prior roles include Data Analyst at California Policy Lab and Senior Data Analyst at Sagence, where the focus was on maximizing the value of data assets for clients. Ratul has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy Studies, along with a Master of Science in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the same institution, Ratul has a strong educational background complemented by international experience at Università Bocconi.
