Stefano Fratini

Stefano Fratini is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex projects across various industries. Currently part of the Trust and Safety team at TikTok since August 2024, Stefano previously served as Director of Engineering at Rokt, overseeing a high-scale Customer Data Platform and achieving significant revenue increases through predictive machine learning models. Other notable roles include VP of Engineering at NNNCo, where Stefano shaped software development for a national LoRaWAN network, and VP of Engineering at SiteMinder, focusing on innovative cloud solutions for the hotel industry. Earlier experience includes significant consulting and architectural roles at Hypothesis Pty Ltd and News Corp Australia, in addition to a solid foundation in architecture and development management at Think Education Group and Yeahpoint. Stefano holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
