Tendai Shava

Tendai Shava currently serves as the Global Lead for Product Solutions Operations and Monetization Customer Experience Lead at TikTok, starting in June 2021. Prior to TikTok, Tendai held various roles at App Annie from August 2012 to June 2021, including Global Manager of Product Support, Product Support Lead, and Senior Product Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as EPX Infrastructure Support at Microsoft Inc/China Soft in early 2012 and a Technical Support role at E-Tranzact pvt ltd from 2007 to 2010. Tendai Shava holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Data Mining from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Midlands State University.
