Xiaoxiao Qin

Xiaoxiao (Annie) Qin is a highly experienced Product Manager and entrepreneur currently serving as the Founding PM for TikTok's GenAI ads team since March 2024. As the Founder of IntelliGen, Xiaoxiao is dedicated to building an AI community for females and alumni from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in the AI field. Previous roles include Founding PM at Hive, where Xiaoxiao led a team in developing an MLOps tool, and VP of Marketing & Content for Product@CMU. Additionally, Xiaoxiao has held positions at ZhenFund, TikTok, and Tencent, showcasing a strong background in product management and innovation. Xiaoxiao holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from CMU and dual bachelor's degrees in Design & Visual Communications and Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
