Zhaoxi Wang

Zhaoxi Wang is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in recruitment and team management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at TikTok since July 2023, Zhaoxi previously held the role of Lead Recruiter at Microsoft (China) from August 2018 to June 2023, leading a team of ten. Prior to that, Zhaoxi was a Consultant at 磁锐国际, managing a six-member team focused on customer development and relationship building. Zhaoxi's earlier experiences include internships at Washington University in St. Louis and the Missouri Institute of Mental Health, alongside roles as a Research Assistant at both Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the University of Western Sydney, enhancing research capabilities in various social work and healthcare projects.
