Bill Dugmore

Bill Dugmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. Currently serving as Regional Commercial Manager at Tilbury Douglas since September 2015, Bill has previously held significant roles including Commercial Manager at Crown House Technologies and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Interserve Engineering Services. Bill's career began as a Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac Construction Limited and progressed through various positions at Crown House Engineering, How Engineering Services, and Interserve Engineering Services. Bill holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 1989 and 1994, and attended Bishop Vesey's Grammar School from 1983 to 1989.
