Graeme Bell

Graeme Bell has extensive experience in business development and bid management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Tilbury Douglas since October 2015, Graeme has previously held roles including Regional Bid Manager at Robertson Construction Central and Senior Bid Manager at Interserve Construction, focusing on high-value design and build tenders. With a career spanning over three decades, Graeme has also worked as a Regional Bid Manager and Commercial Manager at Miller Construction (UK) Ltd, overseeing extensive bid teams and managing tenders across various sectors. Additionally, Graeme has held positions as Chief Estimator at Lilley Construction and Senior Estimator at Melville Dundas & Whitson. Graeme holds an HND in Building from Glasgow College of Building & Printing.
