Erin Bolan

Erin Bolan is a Senior Communications and Community Relations Specialist at Tilcon New York Inc. since November 2021, where notable achievements include winning the 2023 UP Leadership Forum Shark Tank Pitch and serving as Communications Co-Chair for the Synergy; CRH NE Division ERG for women. Bolan is also a member of the Innovation Committee and Safety Leadership Team. Previously, Erin held the role of Communications Specialist at Elizabeth Johns Bridal Couture and GreenlightGO, as well as completing internships and mentoring positions at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2020.
