Noi Noimany

Noi Noimany has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Noi started their career as a Northeast Regional HR and Administrative Manager at Brink's Inc in 2001. Noi then worked as an Executive/Personal Assistant at Citizens Bank in 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an Executive Assistant/Project Manager at ING. Noi later served as an Office Manager/Investor Relations at Colony Investment Management from 2005 to 2009. Noi then became the Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at Geller & Company from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they held the position of Chief of Staff at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. From 2013 to 2014, they served as Chief of Staff at Accretive Health and later became the Chief Administrative Officer at Spurrier Capital Partners (SCP), a technology-focused investment bank. In the same year, they volunteered and backpacked in Asia, working with Orphanages, Temples, and Universities. Most recently, they have been the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Tilden Park Capital Management since 2015.

Noi Noimany has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at Wharton Executive Education, with the end year being 2024. They also hold a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and minor in Statistics from New York University. Their undergraduate degree is a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Noi Noimany is a member of the SAG and AEA Union and has also attended The Path.
