Javier Carrillo

Javier Carrillo possesses extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Manager at TileBar since May 2021, Javier has been instrumental in start-up planning and execution. Prior roles include Project Manager at XPO Logistics, where Javier developed high-performing teams and collaborated with executives to achieve project goals, as well as Implementation and Operations Supervisor. Javier's career began at Accudyne Industries as Logistics Lead, overseeing shipping and receiving processes, and earlier as Assembly Line Lead at Bayless Engineering & Manufacturing, managing production plans. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University, Northridge, earned in 2017.
