David J. Kim

David J. Kim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as General Counsel and Secretary at Linden Lab since August 2019, Kim oversees legal affairs for a leading virtual community platform. Concurrently, Kim holds various roles at Tilia, including Interim General Counsel and Regulatory Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at OTCXN, where Kim contributed to the development of a blockchain-based trading network. Additional leadership roles include Vice President and General Counsel at Womply, Chief Legal Officer at PeerNova Inc, and Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel at Visa.
