Charlotte L. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Charlotte started their career at Moxie Communications in 2014 as a Public Relations Assistant, before moving on to become an Account Executive and then a Senior Account Executive. In these roles, they managed communication strategies for various clients, including COS and the Shanghai Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Charlotte'sresponsibilities included building press, celebrity, and influencer networks, creating social media and marketing content, and organizing international events.

In 2018, Charlotte joined Karla Otto as an Account Manager, where they developed marketing strategies for brands with international presence. Charlotte also studied for a full-time MBA degree during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to their transition to part-time employment. In addition to their account management responsibilities, they were involved in business expansion proposals, office administrations, office relocation, and event support.

In 2020, Charlotte worked as a Consultant (MBA Candidate) at The University of Sydney Business School.

Most recently, they joined Till Payments in 2022 as a Brand Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Brand & CX Specialist in 2023.

From 2010 to 2013, Charlotte completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Macquarie University. Charlotte'sfield of study was Media, Culture, and Communication.

In addition to their degrees, Charlotte has obtained two additional certifications. In January 2022, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course from Google Digital Garage. Prior to that, in December 2021, Charlotte received certification in "Advanced Google Analytics" from Google.
