Monika Thakur

Monika Thakur has extensive work experience in IT operations and service delivery. Monika currently holds the role of IT Operations and Service Delivery Manager at Till Payments since November 2021. Prior to this, Monika worked at AMP from 2016 to 2021, where they served as the Platform Support Manager from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they were the Service Operations Centre Lead from November 2017 to December 2019, and an IDAM Support Analyst from November 2016 to October 2017. Monika also worked at Wipro Ltd. as a Senior Project Engineer in the field of Identity and Access Management from April 2015 to October 2016. Monika started their career at Syntel in 2007 and held the positions of Project Lead from April 2011 to August 2011 and Analyst Programmer from September 2007 to March 2011.

Monika Thakur attended Graphic Era Deemed to be University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree. Prior to that, they also attended Army School in Dehradun. However, no specific degree or field of study was provided for their time at Army School.
