Tanya is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Till Payments since March 2022, where they focus on transforming the customer experience through innovative tech solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Brand & Customer Experience at Till Payments, starting in March 2021.

Before joining Till Payments, Tanya worked as a Group Account Director at The General Store from July 2020 to February 2021. The General Store is an integrated agency that delivers on every touch point of the customer journey.

From July 2015 to March 2020, Tanya worked at Scentre Group, the owner and operator of Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand. Tanya held the position of Senior Brand Experience Manager, where they developed strategic communication programs across all Westfield centres. Tanya'sresponsibilities included leading a team, marketing technology solution integration, brand strategy development, integrated marketing campaigns, product marketing, and integrated agency management.

In 2014, Tanya joined Leo Burnett as an Account Director, where they managed the Woolworths account and set up a new team to service the retail giant. Tanya was responsible for client relationship management, team leadership, account management, strategic campaign development, and campaign delivery. Notably, they collaborated with Apple Watch on new customer experience technology during their time at Leo Burnett.

Before that, from 2013 to 2014, Tanya worked as an Account Director at Big Red Communications Group, where they managed accounts for Coles Finance, Coles Insurance, flybuys, and brand partnerships. Tanya'sresponsibilities included client relationship management, E2E project management, strategic campaign and program development, and brand development.

Tanya's earlier experience includes working at Clemenger BBDO as a Senior Communications Manager, where they managed accounts for National Australia Bank and Dulux. Tanya also worked as an Account Manager at Clemenger BBDO and The Chance Agency, where they gained hands-on experience in various roles and worked with clients such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and Nerada Tea.

In 2020, Tanya decided to enhance their knowledge and skills further by enrolling in RMIT Online. Tanya pursued a short-term course in Product Management, diving into the realm of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tanya'sdedication to self-improvement led their to complete this program in the same year.

To supplement their academic achievements, Tanya has also obtained additional certifications. In 2020, they received a certification in Product Management from RMIT Online. Additionally, in February 2021, Tanya became a Prof G Certified Brand Strategist after completing a course offered by Section4.
