Diane Weihe has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple decades. Diane started their career in 1980 at ConAgra Foods, where they held various roles such as Customer Service Admin. Asst., Accountant III, Systems Operator, and Assistant to Industrial Engineer. Diane later became a Business Administrator, where they validated promotional accrual dollars and reconciled funds sent to retailers. Diane then moved on to become an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, where they developed custom finance reports and implemented a cash application algorithm.
In 1994, Diane transitioned to the role of Lead Business Analyst, working on the implementation of SAP R2 and eventually SAP R3 ERP systems. Diane collaborated with consultants from SAP and consultancies like Cap Gemini, Hogan, and Arthur Anderson.
In 1998, they became the Technical Lead for the General Ledger implementation onto Oracle at ConAgra Foods, where they led a matrix organization of 30+ teammates and ensured optimal interface between SAP and Oracle. Diane also incorporated Y2K readiness into the plan design.
Diane then took on the role of Manager of Trade Marketing in 2001, participating in the design of a new enterprise-wide trade system on SAP and implementing SAP's trade promotion management application. During their tenure, they and their team identified gaps in the existing processes and optimized the business process and application, resulting in a significant reduction of work for Account Managers. In 2006, they became the Director of Trade Operations, leading trade operations for branded, private brands, and international businesses. Diane also represented ConAgra in analyzing system gaps at meetings with SAP leaders in Germany.
In 2017, Diane started their own consulting firm, Weihe Consulting, and worked as the Business Owner until 2017. Diane then joined Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Sr. Sales ERP Program Manager, where they implemented and supported Telus (Exceedra) TPM and TPO applications. Diane managed a team responsible for sales systems development and support, trade financials, and deduction management.
Diane Weihe obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from the year 1990 to 2000.
