Jonathan Marquez has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and dairy industry. Jonathan began their career at Kagome USA, Inc. in 2009, where they worked as a Relief Operator/Shift Lead until 2011. During this time, they also served as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2012, Jonathan joined Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. as a Relief Operator/Shift Lead in the Lactose Plant, and they remained in this role until 2019. Since 2019, they have been employed at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they initially worked as a Whey Operator 3/Shift Lead in the Whey Plant. Jonathan later transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Sanitation Supervisor before becoming a Process Engineer.

Jonathan Marquez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Merced Community College District, attending from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Jonathan has obtained several certifications. Jonathan completed the "Developing Adaptability as a Manager" certification from LinkedIn in July 2023, the "Learning Industrial Automation" certification from LinkedIn in May 2023, and the "Body Language for Leaders" certification from LinkedIn in April 2022. Jonathan also earned the "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" certification from LinkedIn in February 2022, the "Working with High-Conflict People as a Manager" certification from LinkedIn in January 2022, and the "Foundations of Leadership Certificate 1" from The National Society of Leadership and Success in June 2021. Additionally, they completed the "Human Relations in Administration" certification from Soomo Learning in April 2020.
