Lev Michaelian

Lev Michaelian has a diverse work experience, starting with their tenure at Macy's from 2006 to 2015. They began as an Administrative/Operations Assistant and progressed to the role of Multi Location HR Assistant and then Multi Location Hiring Center Coordinator. Finally, they served as a District Director Human Resources Administrator.

In 2015, Lev joined the Tillamook County Creamery Association, taking on the role of HR Generalist. They successfully implemented various HR practices and policies, introduced support structures, and demonstrated the value of HR to the organization. Lev then advanced to the position of Human Resources Manager, where they worked closely with the Executive Leadership Team to develop organizational structures and support the company's expansion efforts. Currently, Lev holds the position of Regional Human Resources Manager, providing support to the Executive Leadership Team and various office-based functions. Their responsibilities include aligning employees and structures with the organization's business objectives, talent support, employee relations, and developing employee-focused strategies.

Throughout their career, Lev has consistently shown dedication and a strong impact on employees and the organizations they have worked for.

From 2002 to 2006, Lev Michaelian attended Chemeketa Community College where they obtained two Associate Degrees. Lev'sfields of study included General Education and Elementary Education.
