Sara Rogers has over 14 years of experience in learning and development roles.

From 2018 until present, they have been working at the Tillamook County Creamery Association, first as a Manager of Learning & Development, then as a Senior Learning Development Manager, and currently as the Director of Learning and Development. In these positions, they have designed and delivered interactive programs to enhance employee skills and develop leaders. Sara successfully implemented the Cornerstone Learning Management System for all employees and increased employee engagement with development programs. Additionally, they designed a training program for leaders to adapt to the hybrid work environment. Sara has also led a team of 5 employees in developing strategic programs.

Before joining WD, Sara had previous work experience at the California State University Chancellor's Office and California State University, Fullerton, where they held administrative support and student assistant roles. At California State University, Fullerton, they worked as a Graduate Advisor, providing general education advising, creating presentations, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.

Overall, Sara Rogers has a strong background in learning and development, demonstrating expertise in program design, implementation, and employee engagement.

Sara Rogers received their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from California State University, Fullerton in 2007. Sara then went on to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in American Studies from the same institution, completing it in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Sara obtained the "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" certification from The Table Group, a Patrick Lencioni Company in May 2017. Sara also acquired the "Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)" certification from CPP, Inc. in March 2016. Additionally, Sara has certifications in ASTD Total Trainer, HCI Strategic HR Business Partners, Insights Discovery, KF 360, and KF Leadership Architect.
