Allison Weir, MBA, SPHR

Allison Weir, MBA, SPHR, has extensive work experience, beginning in 2005. Her earliest roles include working as a Client Services for Mutual of Omaha and a Marketing Coordinator for Live Nation. In 2007, they became an Executive Recruiter for Dynamics Associates. In 2009, they began working as an Associate Director of Career Services for Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, as well as an Executive Coach for Various Clients. In 2010, they took on the role of Instructor for a Leadership Development Course at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. In 2012, they became the Director of Organizational Development for MGM Resorts International. In 2013, they began working as a Sr. Director of Human Resources Business Leader and Manager of Organization Effectiveness/Talent Management Lead and HR Business Partner for Northrop Grumman Corporation. In 2016, they became a Board Member for JDRF International. Allison is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Tilley Distribution.

Allison Weir holds an MBA in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained in 2012. Allison also holds a BA in Organizational Communication Learning and Design, with a Minor in Advertising/Public Relations, which they obtained from Ithaca College in 2004. In addition, they hold certifications from the Talent Management Institute (Executive Education), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), Agile 101 from Internal to Northrop Grumman, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
