Mark Stephan

Mark Stephan is the current CFO at Tilling Timber. Prior to their current position, Stephan held the position of CFO at Challenger Services Group from November 2019 to September 2020. While at Challenger Services Group, Stephan successfully completed a capital restructure that included vendor due diligence reports and updated budgets and forecasts, including a turnaround plan. Mark also rolled out a new Salesforce operating system called Kinect in December 2016 and the Finance Force ERP system in December 2017.

Stephan's previous positions include corporate planning and reporting manager at KinCare from January 2015 to November 2019, during which time they successfully completed another capital restructure, and CFO at Sydney Essential Oil Co from July 2008 to October 2014. Stephan began their career as an external auditor and corporate finance specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers from February 1989 to June 1996, before moving on to CSR Limited as CFO/Internal Audit from July 1996 to May 2006.

Mark Stephan's educational career includes a digital marketing strategy certification from RMIT University, an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a bachelor's degree in business with a submajor in law from the University of Western Sydney. Mark also has a higher school certificate in 3 unit maths and economics from Oakhill College, and a certification in digital marketing strategy from RMIT Online.
