Matt Barlow

Matt Barlow is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Construction Project Manager at Tillman Infrastructure, LLC since August 2017, Matt previously held the position of Regional Site Manager at SBA Communications from September 2012 to August 2017. Prior to that role, Matt was the owner of TerraDrilling from February 2010 to September 2012 and worked as a Project Manager at Performance Communications from January 2005 to February 2010.
