Roy Herrera has extensive experience in supply chain management and distribution operations. Roy started their career at Target as a DC Operations Supervisor, managing various operational areas and ensuring performance standards were met. Roy then moved on to Kids R Us, where they served as a Sr Processing Manager.

At Toys R Us, Roy advanced to the role of General Manager DC Operations, overseeing distribution center activities and outbound fleet operations. Roy was responsible for managing multiple DC locations on the West Coast and Southeast.

Roy then joined Pacific Sunwear as the Director of Distribution, where they managed inbound logistics, DC operations, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, and outbound transportation. Roy later became the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, overseeing the entire retail supply chain.

Continuing their career progression, Roy joined Ross Stores as the Director of DC Operations, responsible for the smooth functioning of distribution center operations. Most recently, they have been working at Tillys as the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics. In this role, they lead a team in implementing industry best practices, formulating and executing strategic initiatives to reduce supply chain costs while improving customer service.

Roy Herrera earned a Master's Certificate Degree in Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Francisco from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Mt. San Antonio College from 1981 to 1985, studying Business Management.
