Chrl Diana Praskey

Diana Praskey, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Diana is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Tilray Brands, Inc. where they began in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Diabetes Canada from January 2022 to December 2022. Diana also worked as an HR Leader (Contract) at The Kraft Heinz Company from May 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Voortman Cookies, a leading sugar-free and wafer cookie bakery, from March 2017 to January 2021. From October 2014 to April 2017, Diana was the VP of Human Resources at Edelman Canada, a global communications marketing firm. Diana gained valuable experience at Diageo, where they held various HR roles, including Early Career Engagement Manager, Rewards Manager, HR Resolution/Case Manager (Global Mobility), HR Business Partner (US Commercial Sales), Employee Solutions Manager (Employee Relations), and HR Business Partner. Diana's career began at CIBC in 2001 as an HR Employee Relations Consultant.

Diana Praskey, CHRL, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Diana then pursued a Post Diploma in Human Resources from Humber College, attending from 1999 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Diana obtained "Fostering Belonging as a Leader" from LinkedIn in November 2020, and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
