Teresa De Leon is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human capital management systems and compensation. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Tilray Brands, Inc. since April 2017, Teresa has spearheaded HR project delivery and systems implementation through collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior to Tilray, Teresa spent over 15 years at Nokia in roles including Global Concept Owner for HR Process Improvement, where responsibilities encompassed project management, operational excellence, and HR transformation across multiple regions. Teresa started their career as a Psychometrician at Jollibee Foods Corporation, focusing on applicant testing and interviews. Teresa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Miriam College.
