As the Vice President of Wireless Operations, Conor leads Tilson’s wireless deployment teams nationally. Tilson’s growing wireless teams design, build, and maintain cellular networks, tower, and small infrastructure for clients across the country. Conor brings experience running large-scale wireless deployments with a focus on field operations, project execution, customer satisfaction, employee development, and strategic partnerships. With over 10 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in wireless operations, business development, contracts and proposals, and project management. Prior to joining Tilson, Conor held leadership roles with major wireless deployment and construction organizations and successfully delivered on operational and financial objectives year over year.
