Kaitlyn Bolin is a Broadband Consultant at Tilson since August 2022, previously serving as a Junior Broadband Consultant. Prior experience includes the role of Public Policy and Impact Associate at the Community Development Bankers Association from June 2021 to July 2022, and Research Assistant at the Bendheim-Thoman Center for Research on Child Wellbeing from November 2019 to May 2022. Kaitlyn conducted qualitative research in various capacities, including a Research Fellow for the American Voices Project at Stanford University, and served as an Advising Fellow at Matriculate, supporting low-income high school students. Kaitlyn's leadership and community involvement were demonstrated through roles at Princeton University, including Community Ambassador and Guide Selection Officer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Princeton University and a Certificate of Proficiency from The University of Auckland.
