Nerissa Naidu

Nerissa Naidu is the current Director at Tilson Technology Management, and has held various other notable positions in the past. Nerissa started their career as a management consultant at Accenture, where they worked for nine years in the United States, Europe, and Southern Africa. In 2012, they became Regional Managing Director at AIG, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Global Treasury two years later. Naidu left AIG in 2019 to join the board of Fennech Financial Ltd., where they served until 2021. Nerissa is currently a board member at FairHire and also Tilson Technology Management.

Nerissa Naidu has a BTech from Durban University of Technology and an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Nerissa also attended the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.
