Robert Cash II, MPA

Robert Cash II, MPA, CHST, currently serves as the Regional Safety & Compliance Manager at Tilson since September 2022, following a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, where Robert retired as a Regional Safety Manager. In this capacity, Robert led the Explosive Safety Division for 12 AF (AFSOUTH), managing Weapons Safety Managers across five active duty wings, overseeing 40,000 personnel, 600 aircraft, and $16 billion in assets. Robert's prior roles included Installation Safety Manager for Explosives and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing munitions storage and the supervision of aircraft armament systems. Robert holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and additional degrees in Occupational Education, Aircraft Armament Systems Technology, and Criminal Justice and Corrections.
