Tiffany Rigsby has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Tiffany began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Benefit Resources Inc - Third Party Administrator in 2006. In 2006, they also joined Conduent as an Enrollment, Finance, and Data Entry Specialist, where they managed financial accounts, processed reports, and performed various clerical duties until 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager and Registered Veterinary Technician at Horse and Hound Veterinarian Clinic from 2012 to 2018, overseeing office operations, maintaining personnel files, and performing veterinary tasks. Following this, Tiffany joined Well Pets Economy Clinics in 2011 as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Their most recent role has been at Tilson since 2017, where they have served as a Human Resource | Benefits Support Associate and currently works as a Workforce Information Specialist.

Tiffany Rigsby attended the Vet Tech Institute at International Business College from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant. Tiffany then went on to obtain the certification of Registered Veterinary Technician from the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners in March 2015.
